To reach this goal for your business, you will need to put the processes or actions in place to help you achieve it. For example, will you advertise your business more? Will you make an effort to speak at events? Will you invest a portion of your revenue into paid advertising? Medium-term goals

While a short-term goal is achievable in a few months, a medium-term goal is meant to be achieved in between several months up to five years.
